What is a media widget?

A widget is a snippet from a social media or media platform that can be embedded into a VLC guide.

YouTube videos and Twitter Feeds are the two most common kinds of widgets found on the VLC.

Links/URLs and Media/Widgets

Where can I find links or media widgets on the VLC?

Handouts and document downloads can be found throughout the VLC.

*Recommendation: locate links and widgets that are relevant to your courses by visiting the associated Subject Guide (see the full list of High School Subject Guides below - these are aligned to the ON Curriculum).

The How do I for 9-12 section also contains some widgets.
