The UCDSB Indigenous Team was honoured to welcome Alanis Obomsawin as 2025’s featured speaker for Treaties Recognition Week. Alanis is one of Canada’s most acclaimed Indigenous filmmakers and a powerful voice for Indigenous rights and storytelling.
