Searching for a book

When searching Google for books, search under the title, author or series.

Search Destiny, the e-catalogue, for books also using the title, author or series.

Tips:

- check out an author's webpage - they are often amazing!

- ask your parents, friends, neighbours for book recommendations - good books are remembered!

- ask your LCI at your school or ask at a public library for help finding a book - if you want to enjoy reading a book, start with a book you like!

It's natural for young readers to confuse book reviews with book reports, yet writing a book review is a very different process from writing a book report. Book reports focus on the plot of the book. Frequently, the purpose of book reports is to demonstrate that the books were read, and they are often done for an assignment.
